Our first step in setting goals is to get everything on paper. It’s important that as you are going through the steps you print all the PDF or Excel files. Please save these on your computer so you can come back and print them again as your goals change.

Our system is very simple and effective. Every file has a video showing you how to complete each step. Download and print the files first, then watch the video and follow the instructions. We are with you throughout this entire journey, so remember this is not a race this is a marathon. Take everything in stride and remain laser focused.

Understanding the Marketing Funnel and the Sales Funnel are very important in building your business. Remember that Marketing leads to attraction, which turns into leads. It’s your job to market properly and know how to categorize your leads.

Categorizing you leads is the key to contacting people that need your service now, and not bothering the people that are just starting their real estate journey, or worse yet dead leads.

Time is money, and it’s important to have a Category system in place so you know who you’re suppose to contact and when to contact them.

Doesn’t matter if you use the Hot, Warm, Cold, or A, B, C, system, you have to have a system in place and remain organized. Remember, Time is Money
